 FAQs

  • Your treatment is always based on your comfort level and clinical needs. I use a mix of:

    • Gentle manual adjustments

    • Instrument-assisted adjustments (no twisting or cracking)

    • Myofascial release and trigger point therapy

    • Cupping therapy

    • Guided stretching and mobility work

If you prefer low-force techniques or have had negative experiences in the past, we’ll talk about that — and I’ll make sure your care feels safe and effective for you.

  • Women’s appointment range from 40 to 20 minutes.

  • Most women find treatments relieving, not painful. Some soft tissue techniques may create temporary discomfort (like a deep tissue massage), especially if you have tight or inflamed areas — but I’ll check in with you throughout and adjust pressure as needed. You’re always in control.

  • Wear something comfortable that allows movement — like leggings or activewear. I may access areas like the low back, hips, shoulders, or neck during soft tissue work, so looser clothing is helpful. If cupping is part of your treatment, I’ll let you know ahead of time.

  • It depends on your goals and the severity of your symptoms. We will give you recommendations, but ultimately it’s up to you! Some women Some women feel relief after just a couple of sessions, while others benefit from a short-term treatment plan (usually 4–6 weeks) followed by maintenance care. We’ll discuss everything during your initial visit and create a plan that works with your life and schedule.

  • We are not in network with any insurance providers. We are happy to provide additional documentation if you wish to submit to your insurance independently for out-of-network coverage.
